I have finally updated the look to the site but more importantly I have finally a "back end". BrokenLegGuy.com is more of a homogenized web site now. I'm using php to pull in common elements into all of the versions listed in the global navigation in the top of all the pages.
I am allowing the old versions of BrokenLegGuy.com to be seen by the light of day again because I want you to be able to see where I've come from and compare it to where I am now and give you an idea where I'll be in the future. I fully encourage you to view the source of the old and the new. You'll see it's night and day. I plan on getting the portfolio section to update across all the pages at once as well as some other goodies I'm thinking up. Drop me a line and tell me what you think.
I have avoided an update section because I usually forget to write what I've done or just didn't feel like it. So please be understanding or email me telling me to light the fire under my butt and get to updating.
Well I finally got sick of all the bot messages about...well, forget what they were about. The good news is now I will no longer be receiving those emails. I've added a "people" checker. The phrase you now have to type in, to send me a message, is a combination between and image and html text. I'll be making the phrase change every time the page is reloaded using some combination of image and text. I figure that if those spammers really want to send me something they're gonna to have to do it by hand. That way I'll be wasting the maximum amount of their time. It's sort of a pay back.
